Found this place today. Was a great little place. Country cookin at its best. Me and my daughter and grandbaby. The waitress mashed up carrots for the baby. Which I thought nice. Food was great. Very affordable. Will be back.

First time here. By far the best food I’ve eaten in a long time! The Double Cheese Burger was better than Pal’s! The Club sandwich was huge! Great atmosphere and amazing food and service!

I absolutely love Nanny's Country restaurant! I'm a regular here because the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and I always leave satisfied. It has a wonderful family atmosphere, and they treat you like part of the family. The staff gets to know your name, which adds a personal touch to the dining experience. The food is great, the service is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. It's clear that this is a family-owned restaurant, and their commitment to creating a welcoming environment is evident. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place where you'll feel like part of the family while enjoying delicious food.

This place was great!!! Everyone that worked there was super nice and the food is definitely homemade. I got the chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and carrots, best chicken tenders ever. My husband got the chopped steak, pinto beans and Cole slaw. You could cut through the steak with a fork. The cornbread was some of the best ever. I can't compliment this place enough! We will absolutely be back!!!

The service was great. The waitress that was there was taking care of all of the tables by herself and doing a fantastic job at it. It wasn't busy when we got there but by the time we left (45 minutes) later it was pretty full. She still had no problem keeping up. I ordered the catfish dinner which was some of the best fish I have eaten. My husband ordered the chicken tender meal which seemed to be a favorite of most of the diners. He said it was really good. We definitely will be back to try something different on the menu.

We were the first customers of the New Year and we received our meal for free this is my favorite place in Elizabethton to eat at with my husband and our family.

My Daughter had a small get-together there for her birthday. Mrs. Kim that's the owner knows how to cater a small or big party. And just to drop in at any time of the day to have some good ole county fixings is the BEST!Thank you, Nanny's Restaurant
